Mr. Jacob Amnon Suissa trained in family therapy, is a Doctor of Sociology and an Associate Professor at École de travail social de l’UQAM specialized in the study of the addiction phenomenon as a social problem, as well as, intervention methodology among families. He is the author of hundreds of articles and scientific works.

Speaker: Miguel Therriault
Mr. Miguel Therriault a Social Work graduate from Université Laval, is a Clinical Coordinator for the addiction services at Le Grand Chemin, an organization for adolescents who have developed a substance abuse, gambling or internet addiction.

Mrs. Annie-Claude Savard an Assistant Professor at École de travail social et de criminologie fromUniversité Laval, is a researcher with the HERMÈS team, with the research Chair study on gambling at Concordia University and at Institut Universitaire sur les Dépendances du CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal.
